According to the Chinese tech giant’s careers website, 80% of the roles are AI-related, including algorithm engineering, R&D, and product management. Breaking away from traditional recruitment models, the program allows candidates who pass interviews to choose their preferred projects and teams. The initiative reflects Alibaba’s broader AI strategy.
