Now it's time to add another chapter to the legend.

Just when we need him most,USA Archives the internet's most beloved former NFL star goes to Scotland and — partially, ever so slightly — redeems America's reputation abroad.

As a promotion ahead of Super Bowl LI — which will be played Sunday in Houston, Texas — Skittles sent Lynch to Houston, Scotland, to mingle with the locals. What could have been nothing more than a lame corporate stunt became a piece of humanist art, thanks to Lynch being involved.

Watch the three-minute video atop this post as Lynch gets friendly with locals, learns about castles, jams with some bagpipers and generally Marshawns it up over in Scotland.

If Marshawnism — a philosophy that appears to promote genuine curiosity about the world and goodwill toward fellow humans — could somehow replace Trumpism as America's chief current export, then we'd all live in a happier world.
